The Department of Dairy Processing Technology was established in the year 2017 under faculty of Agro Processing at Holeta Satellite Campus. Three years B.Sc in Dairy Processing Technology degree program was started in the year 2017 and the degree program was converted into Four years B.Tech in Dairy Processing Technology program in the year 2021. The faculty members in the department are Mr. MaridTadesse, Head of the Department and Mr.Madhusudhan Reddy, Indian Faculty. There are faculty members for supporting courses. The department has digital class room for theory classes and well equipped Dairy Processing Technology laboratory for practical and research work.
